Depression/Anxiety Service (Self-Referral)

The Depression and Anxiety Service (commonly referred to as DAS) is a psychological therapy service for individuals 18 years and over who are feeling stressed, anxious, low in mood or depressed.

The team is able to help with the following conditions:

  • Panic attacks
  • Depression
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder
  • Anxiety
  • Excessive worry
  • Health anxiety
  • Social anxiety/shyness
  • Phobias
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder
  • Agoraphobia

GPs at the surgery can refer you or you can refer yourself (we do receive written notice if you have made contact and decided to engage with the therapy offered).
